MARTIN:
3+ kk, 2x bathroom, 2x bedrooms, sofa bed 180 x 200, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in 1 bedroom and in the living room
rooms, wifi, the house only has camping and TV-FREE Sat with Czech programs. There is spacious and large seating, wooden sunbeds, parasol, outdoor gas grill, etc.
FAMILY:
3 + kk, 2 x bathrooms - one has a washing machine instead of a sink, the house is otherwise in the same design as the Martin house. For outdoor the terrace also has a corner sofa set with a swing anchored to the ceiling of the pergola-terrace.

Withdrawal from the contract:

• 21 €   0 - 3 days from the signing of the contract - unjustified withdrawal from the contract
• 10%           4 - 90 from the date of signing the contract / inclusive / up to 90 days before the start of the stay
• 30%         89 - 45 days before the start of the stay
• 50%         44 - 30 days before the start of the stay
• 70%         29 - 14 days before the start of the stay
• 100%       13 days or less before the start of the stay
